Absolute Beginners Group

Get fit for Summer. Leave your excuses at home and get started now!

Are You considering taking up running? For many the hardest part is often getting started. This is why we have a group aimed at the complete beginner, those relatively new to running, and those returning after an injury. It's not all about running as many adjourn afterwards to the park café for coffee and cake, a vital part of a runner's recovery and to socialise.
