Baildon bank some serious milage in long distance races
The Rombald Stride and Wadsworth Trog saw lots of blue and red as Baildon banked some serious weekend milage.
Rombald stride sees walkers and runners complete a 23 mile course through Airedale Valley, Rombalds Moor & Otley Chevin.
The Wadsworth Trog is a BL fell race which is stretched over 19 miles with 3500+ ft of climbing. The race has a cut off and requires runners to battle the bogs on Wadsworth and Haworth moors. The race was even more challenging this year with heavy snow falling throughout duration of the race.
Well done to all of the Baildon runners who have ran a combined distance of 971.8 miles this week!
