Our main coached training session. A mix of speedwork, hills and other drills to help you achieve your goals

Saturdays

Organised training session for all abilities and also a small-group social run

Thursdays

Our main social club run. Groups with experienced run leaders offering a variety of paces for all abilities. No one gets left behind.

SUNDAYs

Race Day! Get involved, car sharing and after race celebratory drinks!

Many of our members use our social chat groups to organise informal runs of varying distances.
